Starting Out

The time is now!!! Let's get healthy!!! Lots of water, fruits and veggies, and exercise three or more times a week. Stay away from lots of carbs and sugars. You can post your weight, share a recipe, support your family, brag on yourself, etc.... on this blog! When we are all at our goal weight let's do something to celebrate!!! I love you!
